On December 21, the Insight 2022: Fifth Annual China Enterprise Services Conference—a high-end annual summit spotlighting trends and innovations in China’s enterprise services sector—was successfully held in Beijing. Co-organized by China Software Net, Haibi Research Institute, and China Software Industry Association, the event featured opening remarks by Fu Xiaoyu, Deputy Secretary-General of China Software Industry Association, alongside keynote speeches from distinguished experts: Li Yang, Director of the National Institute of Financial Development and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Zhao Chunjiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; and Liu Jiuru, Chief Editor of China Electronics Industry Publishing House and Director of Huaxin Research Institute. Each speaker addressed critical topics within their respective research domains, reinforcing the conference’s role as a pivotal platform for thought leadership in digital and intelligent transformation of traditional industries.
As part of the agenda, the conference hosted the prestigious “Insight 2022 China Enterprise Services Awards Ceremony” to honor outstanding enterprises and visionary leaders driving digital innovation. Mr. Xiong Guanghui was awarded the “2021 China Digital & Intelligent Services Annual Leader Award.” Over the past decade, guided by the philosophy of empowering traditional sectors through digital and intelligent technologies, Mr. Xiong has led the DragonBravo team to deliver transformative solutions across automotive finance digitalization, intelligent transportation, enterprise digital marketing, and social live-streaming e-commerce—making significant contributions to China’s industrial modernization.
Automotive Finance Digitalization
In the domain of automotive finance digitalization and intelligence, Mr. Xiong Guanghui spearheaded DragonBravo’s delivery of three foundational capabilities for Fortune Global 500 automotive finance clients: core system digitization, agile development processes, and a microservice-based technical architecture. These initiatives substantially enhanced clients’ digital resilience and intelligent service delivery.
✅ WeChat dealer platform: A unified interface for dealers to manage customer interactions and financial services.
✅ Vehicle loan calculator: Enables dealers and customers to instantly estimate financing amounts based on selected vehicle models.
✅ Integrated financial management tool: Embedded directly into the vehicle owner’s mobile app for seamless access.
✅ Dedicated WeChat Official Account: Allows finance customers to bind accounts and operate the financial tool entirely within WeChat.
✅ Omnichannel loan application: Supports online submissions via WeChat Official Accounts, e-commerce sites, and branded customer channels.
✅ Deferred repayment feature: Launched during the pandemic to fulfill corporate social responsibility by easing user financial burdens with fully digital deferral requests.
✅ E-signature for loan contracts: Achieves end-to-end digitization of the entire car loan lifecycle on the financial platform.
Under Mr. Xiong Guanghui’s strategic direction, DragonBravo has become a vanguard in embedding advanced digital technologies into automotive finance ecosystems.
Intelligent Transportation
In 2015, Mr. Xiong Guanghui pioneered the Xiaolong Bus project—an intelligent dynamic shuttle system designed to solve daily commuting challenges for urban white-collar workers while optimizing enterprise shuttle efficiency. By leveraging professional IT data analytics and real-time computational services, Xiaolong Bus enables enterprises to plan targeted routes, launch new lines on demand, consolidate ridership for existing populations, alleviate peak-hour congestion in Shanghai, and dynamically respond to live ride requests.
The system’s successful deployment in Shanghai earned widespread public acclaim and media coverage from outlets including Shanghai Television. In 2017, Xiaolong Bus received the Second Prize at the Shanghai Smart City Construction Innovation Competition. From 2015 to 2021, it facilitated over nine million shuttle trips. Championing intelligence, environmental sustainability, and public welfare, Xiaolong Bus has emerged as a benchmark brand in next-generation urban mobility services.
Enterprise Digital Marketing
Mr. Xiong Guanghui led DragonBravo in developing MBase—a social CRM platform engineered for enterprise-grade fan relationship management. Built on social media infrastructure, MBase ingests fan and campaign data to power user profiling through data mining, intelligent algorithms, semantic analysis, and recommendation engines. This enables refined audience segmentation, personalized marketing (including precision push notifications and sustained engagement loops), and the creation of a closed-loop operational ecosystem. The platform significantly elevated the digital marketing capabilities of Fortune Global 500 clients.
Social Live-Streaming E-Commerce
Responding to the global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Mr. Xiong Guanghui directed his team to launch LiveShelf—a social live-streaming e-commerce platform serving merchants worldwide.
LiveShelf eliminates entry barriers by offering free merchant onboarding and platform incentives, substantially reducing operational costs. It empowers businesses with private traffic acquisition tools to identify high-potential consumers and boost conversion rates. Merchants can initiate live streams anytime via mobile app, while the backend provides comprehensive modules for merchandise management, live-stream scheduling, and order processing. A real-time, data-visualized dashboard ensures intuitive and efficient administrative control.
